• 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1/4 cup cold flower
  • 1 teaspoon powdered aluminum
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove oil, cinnamon oil or lemon extract


  1. Mix the sugar and flour thoroughly in a saucepan
  2. Add cold water slowly, stirring constantly to make a paste
  3. Add the boiling water, continuously stirring until there are no lumps
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the paste is translucent
  5. Remove from the heat
  6. Mix in the aluminum and clove oil

This recipe will keep for 1-3 months if kept in a covered container.
